Cancellation Policy

Policy for Introductory Consultation Appointment Scheduling: Clients are encouraged to book their Introductory Consultation at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking platform or by contacting us directly via email or phone. Payment Terms: The Introductory Consultation fee of $50 is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Payments can be made securely using credit/debit cards or electronic transfers. A receipt will be emailed upon successful payment. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $10 cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Rescheduling Policy: Clients may reschedule their appointment once without any additional charges, provided the request is made at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the consultation will be treated as a cancellation and will incur a $10 fee. No-Show Policy: If a client fails to attend their scheduled consultation without prior notice, the session fee will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued. Timeliness: The Introductory Consultation is scheduled for 30 minutes. Please ensure you arrive on time, as late arrivals may result in a shortened session. If a client is more than 10 minutes late, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and the session fee will be forfeited. Session Scope: This consultation is designed to assess your bookkeeping needs, discuss challenges, and provide initial guidance tailored to your specific goals. If additional services or time are needed, clients may book follow-up sessions or explore our service packages. Communication and Confirmation: Upon booking, clients will receive a confirmation email with the consultation details, including date, time, and meeting link (for virtual consultations) or location (for in-person meetings). Clients are encouraged to review the confirmation and reach out to us with any questions or changes.
