The terms and conditions set forth herein (the "Agreement") govern your relationship with ExpertOne Accounting LLC ("the Company"). By engaging the Company’s services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Scope of Services:
The Company provides accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax preparation, and related services as outlined in separate agreements or contracts.

Client Obligations:

Clients agree to:

1. Provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for the provision of services.

2. Review all deliverables for accuracy and report discrepancies promptly.

3. Retain final responsibility for all tax filings, financial decisions, and compliance matters.

Limitation of Liability:

The Company shall not be held liable for any errors or losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client. In no event shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Payment Terms:
Fees for services shall be paid as specified in the applicable agreement. Late payments may incur interest or penalties as permitted by law.

Amendments to Terms:
The Company reserves the right to amend these terms at its sole discretion. Notice of any amendments shall be provided to clients via the Company’s website or other reasonable means.
