Refund Policy

Effective Date: 03/07/2025

The refund policy of ExpertOne Accounting LLC ("the Company") is established to address scenarios where refunds may be issued for services rendered.

Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds shall be issued solely under the following circumstances:

  1. ​Cancellation of services by the client within seven (7) days of payment and prior to the commencement of any work.

  2. Errors attributable to the Company that materially affect the quality or outcome of the service provided.

Non-Refundable Fees:

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  1. Fees for completed services, including but not limited to final reports, tax filings, and advisory deliverables.

  2. Costs incurred for government filings or third-party fees.

Procedure for Refund Requests:
Clients seeking a refund must submit a written request to [Insert Email Address], specifying the basis for the request. The Company will review all refund requests and, if approved, process payments within ten (10) business days.
